The Son La Provincial Inspectorate consists of 04 leaders (01 Chief Inspector, 03 Deputy Chief Inspectors) and 09 professional divisions.

a) Leadership Team

b) Professional Divisions of the Son La Provincial Inspectorate (09 divisions)

1. Division of Professional Affairs No. 1:
Advises on state management of complaint and denunciation settlement; conducts administrative inspections, handles complaints and denunciations, and performs anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-negativity tasks according to assigned sectors and areas.

2. Division of Professional Affairs No. 2:
Advises on state management of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work, oversight of asset and income declaration and verification; conducts administrative inspections, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-negativity tasks according to assigned sectors and areas.

3. Division of Professional Affairs No. 3:
Advises on state management of inspection work; conducts administrative inspections, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-negativity tasks according to assigned sectors and areas.

4. Division of Professional Affairs No. 4:
Advises on state management of inspection supervision, appraisal, and post-inspection handling; conducts administrative inspections, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-negativity tasks according to assigned sectors and areas.

5. Division of Professional Affairs No. 5:
Advises on general administrative management; conducts administrative inspections, complaint and denunciation settlement, and anti-corruption, anti-waste, and anti-negativity tasks according to assigned sectors and areas; performs the functions and duties of the Office of the Provincial Inspectorate.

6. Division of Professional Affairs No. 6:
Advises on state management and conducts inspections of legal compliance in areas under the management of the following departments: Health; Education and Training; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Home Affairs; Ethnic Affairs and Religion; Justice; Foreign Affairs.

7. Division of Professional Affairs No. 7:
Advises on state management and conducts inspections of legal compliance in areas under the management of the following departments: Construction; Finance.

8. Division of Professional Affairs No. 8:
Advises on state management and conducts inspections of legal compliance in areas under the management of the following departments: Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Science and Technology.

9. Division of Professional Affairs No. 9:
Advises on state management of citizen reception; advises on organizing citizen reception under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; serves as the focal point for receiving, categorizing, and processing complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback in accordance with the law.
