ORGANIZATION OF THE APPARATUS
1. Provincial Inspectorate leadership: Including the Chief Inspector and no more than 03 Deputy Chief Inspectors.
- The Chief Inspector of the province is the head of the Provincial Inspectorate, responsible to the People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law for all activities of the Provincial Inspectorate.
- The Deputy Chief Inspector of the province is the person who assists the Chief Inspector of the province and is responsible to the Chief Inspector of the province and before the law for assigned tasks; when the Chief Inspector of the province is absent, a Deputy Chief Inspector of the province is authorized by the Chief Inspector of the province to run the activities of the Provincial Inspectorate.
2. Professional departments include:
a) Office;
b) Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations;
c) Internal Affairs and Social Affairs Inspection Department;
d) Economic Inspection Department;
dd) Anti-corruption Inspection Department;
g) Post-inspection Supervision, Inspection and Handling Department;
